Heather Elliot will always be a "work-in-progress," continually learning and looking forward to future opportunities for exploration. Her photography, travel, acting, dancing, singing, fitness and health, flow from a desire she carries to be a fragrance and flavor that awakens a thirst in hearts and lives for a truer reality. She believes artists are to be culture builders and are to bear more than propaganda.

Throughout her life, Heather has advanced in the arts with intensive study and dedicated performance. Her efforts have taken her from high school drama to real-world drama as a screenwriter and producer for a feature film dealing with terrorism.

While the world may see filmmaking and photography through a business lens, Heather views life through eyes in search of beauty that transcends the ages. From choreography to choir, health coaching to commercial print, darkroom to digital or from America to London and beyond, Heather finds "joy in motion" and peace in solitude…. and she can do it all, by request, with a British accent.

Health Coach & Speaker/Personal Trainer

As an experienced contemporary dancer and personal trainer, health and fitness is central to Heather's life. Throughout the years, she realized the need for balance and strength in all muscle groups to truly stabilize and prevent injury. When she dislocated her right knee, Heather became devoted to serious study, personal training and subsequent certification in the pursuit of her passion for holistic health (spirit, soul, and body). Born from her personal struggle to maintain steady blood sugar levels between meals, Heather is committed to inform and educate through nutritional counseling, personal training, and teaching seminars to equip people to make lifestyles choices that will improve their quality of life. Heather specializes in working with women and older adults. She currently works independently with clients at Health and Wholeness, an independent studio in Arlington, VA.
